Alrighty, so my body doesn't exactly work properly and I am on medication that makes Aunt Flo come every 4 months... So I am asking... What do you do to not make it suck so much! Today will be the first time I've had it in 5 months ( Forgot to pick up my prescription before going home for Christmas, woops) and I am already feeling miserable... Do you workout the same as when you're not on it, or do something different?? ugh...........

I allow myself to eat up to maintenance calories for the worst days. Some days, it's so bad that I live on milk, crackers, and chocolate. I really don't care about macros nor logging during that time. I also don't usually exercise.
However, my worst is only 2-3 days max, so it's not really a big deal in the long run. As soon as the worst is over, I pick up as usual with both healthy choices and exercise.
