Lifting heavy + cardio eat before or after?

Gotcha! I can honestly eat at any time & not have any issues with it bothering me during my workout. The only reason I thought I should workout in a fasted state is because I had heard things about it making you burn fat faster.

Do what works best for you. Some thrive on fasted training. If I do anything fasted, after I finish working out, I don't have the strength to even get off the couch to get food.0
