30DS with or without rest days?

Hello fitness pals,
I started 30 day shred 4 days ago, feeling great, no overly sore muscles. I'm wondering if it is more effective doing 30 days straight or should I be taking rest days?

    I did it with 1 rest day throughout but that was because I was hungover and couldn't face it, haha.
    Jillian did design it to have rest days but a lot of people here do it without rest days or with just 1-2 throughout the program and have been fine. I have seen some people take a rest day in between changing to the new levels.
    It's really what suits you, it's only 20 mins a day so it's ok to go every day.

    i did it the 1st time 30 days straight, and then i learned how important it is to give your muscles those rest days. So do it 5-6 days a week. the last 2 times i did it, that is just what i did and i got the same results.. :)
