Losing weight, eating healthy, or quitting bad habits is all about making a conscious decision to change. It's not a diet or some drastic step. It's about lifestyle changes. Small ones that over time turn into larger ones. Changes that over time become a natural part of your life. At some point, eating healthy and exercising will become a part of who you are.
