MapMyFitness Treadmill Calorie Tracking_iPhone

I can’t seem to get mapmyfitness app on my iphone to properly calculate calories burned on a treadmill. It doesn’t adjust at all to the HRM. I also have a samsang galaxy and the app works fine. Anyone had this problem?
