Vegetarian fat shredder recipes - 50 % protein, 30 % carbs, 20% fat - Help!

Hi all,

I have been doing the Insanity workout for nearly a year now - it has worked well so far and I have lost around 1 and a half stone. (i was 12 stone - down to 10.5).

Whilst doing this work out, I did not stick to a meal plan - the one provided with the workout. So although I have lost weight overall, my body still has more fat than I would like and is un-toned. This year I wish to try and stick to a meal plan to get rid of extra fat and tone up.

I read up the fat shredder diet which consists of 50 % protein, 30 % carbs, 20% fat a day. Being a vegetarian - I am finding it difficult to try and stick to this - any one have any suggestions?

I need my body to be looking right for a sunny holiday later this year!
