Don't know if it has to done before but I couldn't see a thread on the top two pages so decided to make it!

Post pictures of a meal you have cooked and about to eat or one from another day you have taken a photo off.
You must list all of the ingredients and preferably the amounts to use.

Hopefully this will be a fun thread, give people ideas for new meals whilst showing off peoples cooking skills!

If you can be bothered, posting the nutritional information of your meal would really help others users also!

So it's only fair I go first, this is only the second omelette I have ever made I believe so it is not much good & was hard to turn over as only 2 eggs and a lot of contents so go easy on me! It was yum & healthy! :)

Ingredients I used to make it;

*112.5 grams of Asda/Walmart - mushrooms
*40ml of Asda/Walmart - olive oil
*15 grams of Co-operative - mixed chillies
*2 Co-operative Yorkshire - free range eggs
*3 Co-operative - asparagus spears
*Very fine sprinkling of Asda/walmart - ground black pepper
