trying to build lean mass and build push up quanity. core strength and running speed

    1. Build lean mass - Lift heavy things, put them back down, repeat. Eat enough.
    2. Improve on push-ups - Do more push-ups. Practice makes perfect.
    3. Core strength - Refer to #1.
    4. Increase running speed - Keep running. Practice makes perfect.

    That's a lot of goals in one go. What are you currently doing? What do you want your main goal to be? Running faster and building muscle mass take two seperate routines so you need to pick one to work on first, in my opinion. I'm interested to see what others say though.

    my job requires i workout every morning for an hour but am looking for evening routines. i run with a weight vest to help with running but have to mostly improve muscular strength n endurance for pushups
