Just had a baby 2 months ago post section.
I have total of 60lbs to lose guys i need all the help i can get. Started walking 4 miles 3 times a week gym twice a week. I hope i get there and dont fail. weekends are the hardest but im thinking of walking those 2 days aswell.
im at 15st 3lbs now before i got pregnant i lose 2 stone
which was 181lbs before pregnancy after 210lbs im now 208lbs...
I did it before i can do it again i keep telling myself

Hi, I am also a new mum to 13 week old Millie who is my second. I gained about 28 pounds the first time around, but I was already about 15 pounds over weight (at least) I lost about 20 but gained itall back minus 4 pound. My heaviest was 200 pounds I am now 185! I really feel positive that I can do it this time and hope to reach 145-150, but see how I feel, the lowest I have been as an adult is 154! I joined the gym, but strained my calf twice in 1 month, so I have ordered slim in 6 (low impact aerobic DVDs) hoping that will help until my leg is stronger! Wishing you lots of luck in your weight loss journey!

My last two pregnancies were c sections. My son is almost 3 and my youngest is 8 months old. You can totally do this!!! I am understand where you're coming from.
Don't give up! Like you said you've done it before you can do it again.0 -

I've already lost 7lbs since starting 2 weeks ago. but my trackers doesn't wanna budge on here lol
