I'm new to this group but not new to dieting because I've failed time and time again but this time I'm determined.

I'm in the same boat. I've lost 40 pounds doing the same thing this app have us don't except I did it all manually on my computer, but that was some years ago. What I did wrong was I got half way where I wanted to be and thought I looked good then stopped. That was a mistake. Now I have to lose 50pounds. So, here I go again.0
