Finally taking weight loss seriously! Hoorah!

I have finally decided, this is it. I need to get healthy. I am 27, have three kids, and work and go to school online. I have not been very active for the last 6 years, to say the least. I would like to lose 70-75 lbs (which sounds incredibly intimidating!) I am finally tracking calories and exercising regularly.

I am still very new to this, and still have a lot of questions. I am happy to have found this community, it looks like you are all a great supportive group.
