Hello everyone, I am currently doing T25 program on week 3 of Alpha. Could you please post your overall weight loss? Also did you lose weight every week? Did you eat your exercise calories back? I have eaten most of mine last week and not lost any weight this week. I am feeling frustrated as I have a lot of weight to lose.

Hi Alex,
ive just started T25 im on week 2 of Alpha don't worry ive been reading a lot online that people have had dramatic results but haven't seen much difference on the scales. I know its a pain in the butt but try taking your measurements as well as weighing.. if you search T25 results on youtube theres loads of pics and videos on there and a couple of women even say they hardly lost any weight but you can see their photos and the change is awesome. don't forget that old "muscle weighs more than fat" saying, its true so don't get disheartened! I have only lost 0.4kg in my first week and at first I was sad but then again I KNOW I worked my butt off because i can feel it (its been three days since i did abs and i still cant cough or laugh without hurting lol)
as for the calories, i don't actually log my exercise in MFP i just try and stick to my calorie goal and if i go over or under i don't mind so much, i just like to see that ive had a healthy day. and if i haven't, i go though my list of food and see where i can make a change for next time. so sorry i cant really help you with that question..
anyway sorry for the novel, good luck and i will follow this post to see how you and others are going with T25

I have done T25 religiously twice now and have lost just over 40 pounds. I have been counting calories like crazy and staying under 1800 a day. I am starting round 3 on monday.1

I'm doing t25 piyo hybrid... Ok day 4 of thatm I've finished both a few times. My weight pretty much stayed same as I was where I wanted. Now I'm up a few so hoping to lose it1

I lost no weight with T25 but did go from a 34 inch waist to a 32 inch waist.1

I'm a week into Beta round. Calories set at 1500 a day and eating back exercise cals as and when I want to - one treat meal a week.
Results so far were 3 inches off my waist, 3 off hips, 3 off chest and 2 and a half off each thigh. 6lbs off weight wise. These stats are from the end of Alpha as I've not weighed I yet this weekend as I'm yet to do Fridays work out1
