Hi! I'm wondering what type of exercise I should do if I want to loose weight? Is running combined with strength training good? :)

    Do any type of exercise you enjoy and will stick with. Add in lifting heavy weights to help retain muscle.

    Short version: Anything you like, enjoy and can stick with.

    Long version: It depends on your goals. Cardio is good for your heart, and will burn more calories so that you can eat more during the day and still maintain your deficit. Strength training won't burn many calories, but is really great for maintaining your lean body mass during weight loss, and toning up and looking good once you lose.

    Ideally you'd combine cardio and strength training in some form or another.
