It isn't spam. I follow The Body Coach on instagram too and he has a website: http://www.thebodycoach.co.uk
Was considering signing up but for now just pinching the food ideas off his posts and doing fitness blender routines. On some of his instagram posts people were commenting that they had signed up and had no results which put me off signing up for it.

    From that link...
Joe's philosophy to health and fitness is simple. Fuel your body with lots of food and concentrate on correctly timing your macronutrients to ensure your body burns fat, increases in energy and transforms you into the shape of your life.

    Pass.

It's one of the best plans I've come across because it really looks to educate the user for the long term as opposed to promoting a quick fix.

A friend has recently signed up so I've been able to look at it in detail. On signing up you receive lots of info on proteins, fats and carbs - great for educating people who are confused about what they read about food and who find macros quite an alien concept.

The workouts for the first cycle are designed to be as efficient as possible. Warm up for 2-3 mins, then a HIIT (high intensity interval training) session for 20-25 mins, where you workout for 30-45 secs at a high intensity, then rest for around 45 secs after (variable depending on fitness level), followed by a little cool down and stretch.

The meal options for Cycle 1 are big, nutritious and actually tasty.

Ultimately, you need to be prepared to make time for the workouts (just 30 mins for Cycle 1) and the food prep. It's no miracle diet pill, but with dedication and consistency, it's like you'll get great results.

Or I could save a stupid amount of money, weigh my food, use the tried-and-true method of CICO, work out and continue to do activities that I enjoy, do a little research on this crazy and wacky thing called the internetz and have the same results.

I like how all the posters on this thread that have tried this plan have 1 or 2 posts...

Thanks for all of your replies. I probably should have explained my initial post a bit better as it does look a bit vague. I signed up with him and I'm enjoying it. Carb cycling and the weight training etc seem to be showing some good results for me.
