Hello,
I've decided to change my eating habits to gain more energy, lose weight and set a good example for my kids.
I'm doing well but find it hard to resist sugary snacks. Any advice would be great.

Don't resist too much. Work treats into your plan.
Or, don't buy them. If you can't touch them, you can't eat them.
