Do you take these as part of your weight losing program?

I take them as part of a healthy diet but I don't expect them to cause weight loss. I started taking them after I was hospitalized with severe abdominal pain and bloating - everything has been fine since I started using it (Nature Made chewable priobiotic). If you have digestive issues or want to be more regular you can try taking one.

Part of weight loss? Not exactly. I started taking them in an effort to help with bathroom regularity and (tmi warning) feminine health. I have noticed if I forget (or run out) for more than 2 days, I get really bloated and have trouble with constipation. It hasn't directly helped with my weight loss, but not being constipated does have the benefit of a lower scale number lol.

I completely agree. Fortunately I didn't make it to the hospital, but it was close... I was in severe pain. I started taking culturelle probiotic everyday and recording what I ate and when I felt badly.
Also I'd recommend looking up GAPS diet if you're interested in gut health.

I do not take it for weight loss but I do take it for flora balance. I use Phillips Colon Health. I have been taking that for about a yr and half every evening.

Now off to google GAPS diet, lol.
