Hi. I am new to myfitnesspal. I want to weigh 190 lbs. Any tips?

    Half your weight in oz. of water per day is a great goal

    I have found that exercise is key. I workout five days a week and I notice I feel better from it. Also I'm very active with my dog, jack russell, he's a good motivator.

    Eat plenty of fiber, it suppresses your appetite without being too unhealthy.
