My name is Allen and I have been using my fitness pal for almost 2 1/2 years now. I'm trying to find new ways to lose more weight. I've lost 65 lbs so far and plan to lose another 30 or so. I feel like I've hit a small wall and could use some input on how to break the old routine. Love to hear from ya.
