Anyone to buddy up for running (well in my case walk lol) around East London

I been avoiding to start any type of exercise for one reason or other ( I'm good at that) just thought if anyone is up for a run or walk!

    Where in east London are you? I run pretty slowly too...:) I've only just started and want to get into a routine
