Been gone for a long time ... Back for 3 weeks now

hello, I am wondering if anyone can help. I have 2 questions:
1. I have been using my fitness pal for 3 weeks now eating 1200 net calories per day to lose 2 pounds per week. The first 2 weeks I didn't lose an ounce, the 3rd week I lost only 1.5 pounds. I have 25 pounds to come off. I exercise every day but at this pace it is going to take forever! What am I doing wrong?
2. I created an exercise for myself but later fou nd a better way to express what it was in the title. I would like to delete the old exercise but I don't see how. Can anyone help me with deleting old exercises?

    I found the answer to my 2nd question. If you go to the main settings (and not the settings within the exercise section) you can delete any exercise you want!

    weight loss is not linear. there will be ups and downs.

    the only thing you're doing wrong is not being patient.

    stick with it. results will follow.
