I will be 39 very soon and wishing to be in shape was not working. On jan 3 I began my new life, healthy lifestyle. I was such a junk food junkie and pop addict it was pitiful. I decided to do "clean" eating- nothing processed, only foods in natural form and fish - only water to drink. 3 weeks in and I'm surviving. I have worked up to 60 min daily on the treadmill at a very very fast walk/slow jog speed, which according to treadmill burns 575 calories an hour. Down 21 pounds- I'm sure my body went into shock as I gave all the junk and pop cold turkey. I weighed 207 when I started and I am 5'5". I welcome any friends for motivation !!
