Fitbit sync

my wife and I are having a syncing issue with the Fitbit charge hr. It syncs correctly with the Fitbit app but isn't crossing over into my fitness pal. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    I synch to fitbit first. Then I open mfp. Sometimes i need to hit the synch button.

    Once in a while, it won't do it for awhile. I've never had it take more than an hour though.

    I have heard that un synching it then resynching works. Haven't had any issues with mine.

    I am having the same problem. I have to disconnect my Fitbit and reconnect in order for it to sync. Really frustrating.
