Second time around here, hoping this time I can stick with it

Hi there, I'm a 37 year old Canadian gal, I am making some lifestyle/diet changes in the hopes of improving my health and fitness, and lose about 20ish pounds as a side effect of that. I have an autoimmune/chronic pain condition (endometriosis) which has impacted my life in a big bad way as it affects my exercise tolerance and ability to work. I'm more focused on improving my health rather than the numbers on the scale at this point, because my weight can go up or down by as much as 5 to 10 pounds over the course of a day or two due to swelling. But, I know that by working toward getting more physical, I will lose weight, which in turn helps disguise my "endo belly" a bit more. I've successfully gotten to a point where I was able to work out regularly and it really did help with pain, but that was a few years ago, and I've since then derailed quite a bit and allowed myself to become more sedentary. Anyway, feel free to add me if you'd like. I'm always looking to make new friends, and I think that having connections here may be the key to helping me stay motivated.
