Eating

Okay.. So I am super motivated to eat healthy and lose weight... But when I get hungry its almost as though I forget that I'm trying to get healthy! OR I start craving something (mainly nutella!) and then I can't stop thinking about it until I have some. I just don't get it. I tend to eat when I'm not hungry and usually its just crap. Basically what I'm asking for is advice to help change my thought process...

You generally want to look at your whole diet in context. There is nothing wrong with nutella, but it may be beneficial to add more protein and fats to your diet.. Both will increase satiety and make it easier to stick within your goals. Also, evaluate your weight loss goal. Is it 2 lbs per week? If so, it may be beneficial to bring it down to 1.5 or 1 lb to make it more sustainable.
Things you can also add, egg whites (huge volume low calories) or even pop in an egg too. You could also add stuff like chicken or even a protein shake, fruits or veggies.
If you want to open your diary, we can also make some suggestions.0 -
So have some Nutella if you want it.
You can eat any darned thing you want and lose weight.
Just maintain the REQUIRED, all-important Caloric Deficit and you'll be fine.
