  • I'd like to know what did you do to fail and what made you quit.

Tips and motivation? Have a real clean diet, if you don't have gastrointestinal issues go paleo or bulletproof, they are similar.

Found it really hard to get into it, craving chocolates for one and really hard to get back into it, after over indulging in Oct on a all inclusive holiday and christmas
  • Something that happens to about 95% of the people who start a diet, so nothing to worry about, you were just doing the wrong thing, like 95% of the people.

Investigate about these diets and try, you have nothing to lose but weight, and that is what you want ;)

All due respect, but you need to stop going around the forum advertising your fad diets.

If it works for you, fine, go for it. But there's zero reason why anyone else should follow it.

Congratulations for starting down this journey! It sounds like you've got your goals all set up for you.

Careful with those Herbalife shakes... meal replacements aren't necessary for most people, and some of them are not necessarily the healthiest for you. It's far better to just eat real food -- the food you like to eat -- and just learn how to control portions to eat less of it.

Did you read the sticky threads on this forum? Those provide some really great advice for people just starting out.

Welcome and best of luck with it!
