I am also 47 and need to loose 40 lbs - again! I have done it before and need to get motivated again for health reasons and to feel and look like I know I can! I am doing weight watchers but struggling to stick with it, hoping I can get motivated and help others do the same!

Same here but a little older than you. I lost 40 on medifast 4 years ago- it took that long to regain it. Just started medifast again and lost my first ten. Can't let the exercise slip- that's the key! I like eating lots of small meals. That way I never feel sleepy from a big meal☺️0

Weight watchers is hype in my eyes. Look at the nutritional infor on them. They are loaded with dead carbs, more fat than fresh cooked options, and loaded with sodium.
Cook for yourself and 40lbs is easy.0
