MFP was really helpful to me a couple years ago, and need it again now. I'm surprised how hungry I am after eating an appropriate # calories (to lose 0.5 lb/week)! Chewing gum and posting here instead of eating more after dinner. This is my 3rd day. According to MFP I had enough protein and fat. Counting on it getting easier!
