Its hard to stay motivated with an injury...I have a torn lateral and medial meniscus in my right knee. I am doing what I can do. Gotta lose weight...I welcome your motivation and support. God bless #KeepRollin

    There is always a way. My husband and I lost weight the first time with MFP with almost no exercise. If you lower your carb percentage by 5 or 10% and raise your protein to compensate the injury shouldn't hold you back. With a combined total of 150 lbs of weight loss between the two of us, we were proof. Of course we got a little lost and are now doing it all over from the beginning it helps to know it works if you stick with it! Don't let anything stop you when there's always another way to, as they say, skin a cat. Good luck!
