Hello ...My name is Fania I am 42 years of age and I have 4 kids 23,22,21 and 12...I have 8 grand children ..... I have come a long way you all I use to weigh 340pds and now I am 242.2 and two years ago I got down to an 14 and now I am back in an 18...so this site has been VERY helpful tool.
