Just finished my long cut coming back from vacation and went from 228 lb to 190 lb.
Looking to give back to the community that has helped me so much... I will try and answer all questions.

When did you join? Your ticker shows you've lost 4 pounds, you have 2 posts and zero friends. I'm just curious because you say that it was due to this community, but you don't seem to have been active in this community.
