Well I'll keep it simple. I am a young guy at 20 years old. Was working two jobs but down to one (until assigned to another job). My work tends to be very physically demanding. Came here to learn other tricks to loose weight. Seems as though I used to be able to stop eating as much and drop weight like there was nothing to it. Now I stop eating as much and just stay the same.
My reason for wanting to loose weight? Well I have a 3 month old son. Sure I may not be to the point of not being able to work but with my back issues looking as though what I am qualified for career wise may not be a possibility for the long term run. Already have a ruined back and don't wonna give up the rest of my body due to lack of knowledge and laziness. Would like to loose the weight to not become the next guy on TV ya see having to have construction crews cutting out a window just to remove myself from a house from years of abuse. At about 250 pounds now and don't wonna let it spiral out of control. Harder to loose it than it is to gain it!
My day to day life can vary. Being down to one job I work three days a week doing janitorial (solo!). On any given day I maybe under cars, working on plumbing systems, etc. to either fix up the house or be making a few bucks on the side line.
About sums it up. Hope to learn more and help encourage others in their goals.
