Good evening all!

I can't sleep, because I've spend the past few hours looking through fitness pages on Instagram and have become extremely inspired. So here I go, attempt number 10387200, lol but this time I'm not going to do it alone.. I'm going to ask for help and not go down the dark road of self hate if I happen to slip up and eat the tasty chocolate bar hah!

First - build a healthy relationship with food
second - start moving
Third - learn to love the person I am, faults and all.
Lastly, HAVE SOME FUN!!!

Mission - kick 2015's *kitten* is commencing.. T minus.. 8 hours (a girls gotta sleep)

All support, comments, recommendation and general chit chat welcome :):)

    Hello!! I am back for the millionth time too today!! I do feel more determined this time though due to having booked a holiday in June with my new chap - I do not want to be a beached whale on that there beach!!

    I tried the 5:2 last week but it's not for me - I want to kill and eat most of my friends, colleagues etc!!

    Well that is definitely something to motivate a girl!
    Oh really! I've been told about it, but it's not something for me, cutting calories also turns me into a giant monster hah! I'm going to try simple eating habit changes, slowly cut out processed nasties. I think admitting that there is no quick fix has opened my eyes!
