Lighter life

successfully lost 3 stones on lighter life last years. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't work out etc and put back on 1.5 stones. Doing LL again for about 3 weeks to try and lose bulk of the weight, any good ideas for high protein, low cal meals for when I'm eating again. Real basic, caveman style lol
