Hi everyone.
PLEASE can I just ask that I don't get loads of hate for the Total Food replacement? I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.
Anyhoo, I've done TFR and spent a lot of money buying extra packs - I have about 6 weeks worth. I can't waste them, I can't afford to.
I need to get results quickly for various reasons. My idea is to have 3 TFR meals per day (Approx 420 calls) and then have a low carb meal at night such as meat with eggs and greens and also allow myself some skim milk with tea in the day.
Basically, I need and want to get a fairly dramatic result that I can then ease up on so I can then lose weight steadily.
I was doing TFR with 4 packs and did really well but there are just too many things springing up - business lunches etc - that It's getting really tricky so I figure this way I could have meat and veg or whatever.
Could anyone tell me if that sounds like a way to lose please and also if anyone has any idea of what sort of carbs/cals/fat I should be looking at? Thanks. xx
