Hi, I'm just starting out my weight loss journey and I'm currently walking an hour a day, 5 days a week but I want to add strength training to this. I have PCOS and apparently adding this to my exercise will be the most efficient way to lose weight and improve symptoms. I'm 5ft 9.5, have 153lbs to lose and have a large frame. I don't want to wait until I hit my goal weight before doing this unless it's advisable to do so. If anyone could help me figure out a basic starter routine I would really appreciate it! I don't have much of a budget for anything but I do have some dumbbells hiding somewhere which go up to 10lbs. My dad has also told me I can have his old Bullworker to use. My overall goal is to have higher endurance, be stronger and toned and to strengthen my back, but obviously I don't want to be bulky anymore. My calves probably need the least amount of work as there is only a little bit of fat there and the rest is muscle. Thanks for any help
