I'm a recovering alcoholic so all I want is more! I find repetitive foods and routine keep me in check. I also can't buy another wardrobe. I've spent too much now. I really enjoy my size and once I gain more than three pounds I cut back. I've worked too hard and had great success. I just try to be,grateful, especially for this free program!

Being a recovering alcoholic all I want is more! Routine and repetition help keep me in check. I weigh myself often and only play with about three pounds. Once I'm over that much I cut back. It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change. I'm also so grateful for this free program. Sweets are my killer0
