Hi all,

I've viewed lots of different websites out there about health and fitness there's alot out there with people who are already in great shape with a picture of themselves 6 months ago in not so great shape, which always made me wonder what happened inbetween...

As part of my own tracking, I've taken a picture every sunday for the past 70 weeks or so, lost weight, gained muscle, (put on a bit of weight over xmas) then lost weight again etc whilst maintaining a full time job. I'm planning to publish all of these pics with weekly updates on my progress, in addition to the exercise routines I use.

Is the idea above something you guys would find interesting? Would love to hear all your thoughts!
