Losing 20lbs! Love Carbs, help!

Hi! I am a 5'4" woman who currently weighs 158 lbs. I work at an office and need motivation to start working out. I LOVE carbs and have a sweet tooth. Anyone else in the same boat and wanna motivate one another?!

    I'm actually addicted to carbs! Lol I love em!! Keep track of your micronutrients and eat under your calories, everything in moderation. If you want to do a hardcore diet though, vary your carb intake and try hard to stay away from sweets! Drink something like coffee with fat free creamer caramel flavor and whipped cream, very low calorie sweet drink that'll sedate that sweet tooth! How about diet dr pepper? Hits the spot

    This is me too! I am 5"3 and also need to lose 20 pounds. Office worker and love carbs/sweets. I just made a pact to track my food for 30 days.
