Anyone on Low Carb Diet?

I started LCing about 3.5 weeks ago. Lost 9 lbs the first week (all water weight) now I keep going back and forth on the same 3 lbs. I did lose almost 2 sizes in my jeans... I go to the gym 3x a week, hour each, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes cable weight machine. My question is, do you think just 3 hours a week makes enough muscle to be making that scale go up? Im afraid I wont lose anymore inches without losing the weight :( Is this typical on this diet to lose inches and no weight or even go up in weight??

    There are low carb groups such as Low Carber Daily group which is pretty active.

    Did you start working out around the same time as starting this WOE? Its also pretty normal to have a good loss and then hit a short stall after the first few weeks. If you like this WOE, keep at it. Are you counting calories and carbs or just carbs? Typically carb count alone is good for people just starting out, but as you get closer to your goal weight you may need to count calories as well. Cutting carbs for most people cuts their calories at the same time.

    It isn't muscle, it takes a surplus of calories and alot of work to add muscle.
