Hey guys. I'm happy with just keeping my food around my calorie goal to lose a little weight. I'm wondering if there's much of a difference in the food types or if I'll be ok just aiming for calories. Also feel free to add me

I was just asking myself the same question. There are so many diets/programs out there that swear to work. I get stressed out when I try to follow anything outside of just counting calories. I'm interested to hear what people think.0

For weight loss? Not really. Calories are the big important thing to lose weight.
But your macros (carbs/fat/protein) help to do other things. They can help with body composition goals, hunger, health, gym performance, etc. There is no one right way to set your macros, so feel free to figure out what works best for you.0 -
I'll keep that in mind, thanks for the info0
