Car self portrait in the seat

    Why does everyone and their mom have a picture of them in a car with the seatbelt on? What is it about the car that makes you think makes you look good. I dont understand it!


    my "car self portrait" is because somebody wanted to see my new haircut, so I took a picture and sent it to her after i got out of the shop. I don't frequently take pictures of myself, and I do everything I can to avoid other people's photo attempts, so this was the only recent photo I had when updating my profile!

    Sorry if it offends you. Yours is obviously so much better.

    I do it when I am bored in the car--stuck in traffic, or at a stoplight...However, the reasons i do it vary,..sometimes it is simply for the girly reason to check the hair or makeup, and sometimes it is just because i feel like taking a picture...

    Yup, what she said! Natural light can be quite revealing--car is great place to pluck eyebrows!! And, I spend a lot of time in my car, waiting....sitting still in the car...
    I tend to take pictures of clouds, funny shapes I see around me, dogs, bugs, etc...

    Im not saying that people shouldnt. I am just curious as to why it is such a popular place to take a pic. I have some hot people on my FL with pics in the car seat.

    maybe they are just bored in the car and it's something to do.

    Lighting.

    Outside in natural light, but shielded from squinting in direct sunlight, it's a naturally flattering setting to take pictures.

    Because sometimes when I'm driving I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and think "Damn I'm fine!" It would be a shame not to share the gloriousness that is me.

    Anyway, I figure the seat belt is to prevent nip slip, or too much boobage. OR MORE BOOBAGE. It's all about the boobage.

    This. Seatbelts are the best things to happen to bewbies since purse straps.
