Just started today,need to lose a lot!! I'm tired of being TIRED ALL THE TIME! :)

  • Any day is a great day to start. As you start watching what you eat and get exercising, you will definitely feel more energetic. Also, be sure you are drinking enough water. Dehydration can cause fatigue. Aim for 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day so if you weighed 100 lbs, you should drink 50 oz.
