Going above my fats for past two weeks by 10-14g per day?

Hi I have been tracking macros for some time but scheduled more weight training since beginning of jan I have since then consistently gone over fats by 10-15g per day . My body clearly wants more fats , how do I adapt this on mfp do I up calories or adjust macros as in reduce carbs up fats? Please help

    I don't want to reduce protein I may reduce carbs a tad and increase net cals thanks ! Any more info feel free to fire away

    As above poster said.

    I lowered my carbs a bit from the start, as my digestion prefers to have less of them. If your cals are ok, going over on the fats won't hurt you, IMO. Just make sure alot of the fats come from healthy sources.
