Looking for a lifting program! :)

Hi everyone.
In 4 weeks I'm going to finish the New rules of lifting for woman workouts!
It's been great so far and I have really gained a lot of strength! (I can do 2 pull ups, yay! )
Now I'm looking for a new program. I think I'll have the time to go to the gym 5 days a week, so this program seems quite interesting. I really want to take lifting to a bit of a higher level, because i really really like it! Ofcourse my only experience with lifting so far has been a bit of stronglifts 5x5 in the very beginning and the NROLFW book. So I'm not sure... Any toughts about this program? Would it be good for me? It seems intense!

Looks like an awesome program and I'm pretty sure you can knock it out. You can lighten your weights if you are concerned with getting through the workout, but you should definitely do it. I get my workouts from bodybuilding.com but may switch to this when I'm done with me current program. Good Luck!0

I really liked Jamie Eason's Live Fit program. It's free on bodybuilding.com0

maybe you should stick to just 2.5 pound dumbbells and do lots of reps.
HAHA yeah. I like Strong lifts 3x5.
I do a modified 5/3/1 program now.0 -

How do you modify it?
And not to hijack thread, I like the Wendler's as well.0 -

Wendler has written many variations of his program. I have found that I like the Boring but big routine, but doing 5 sets of 10 on deadlifts was too much for my back after my heavy deadlift sets so I do them after my squats, and do my 5 sets of 10 squats after my deadlifts.0 -
Thanks everyone0

Kris gethin dtp is brutal but wow so worth it. It will see how much and how bad you want change, challenge yourself mentally and physically. Women should never be afraid to try a man's program, they will be shocked to see how much more definition and sexy curves they will gain from that.0
