On day 20 and lost 14lb in my first 2 weeks, weigh day again on Thursday. Felt the best i have in years! Hows everyone else finding it?

    Great job! Remarkable progress you're making...things for me are going well, I just have to keep the snacking more under control. Welcome to MFP.

  • Thank you! I found it difficult with the snacking the first few days but have found alternatives and thats been easier. Im astounded by how much difference tracking my food and exercise has made! Im loving MFP.x
