I am starting over. After a 60 pound weight loss, I met a man fell in love and got a little too comfortable. I gained nearly everything back and have had a very hard time getting motivated to get back into the gym. It's funny because for a year I was a gym rat, I loved everything about it. But i gradually stopped going and I'm sorry to say, now I am exbarrassed to go back because they will see my backslide. I know realistically they don't care because they are there for themselves but it's a definite mental block. Basically, now I am getting focused on myself again because it's not selfish to be healthy and happy. Looking for friends to help motivate me and that I can help motivate.
My exercise routine is usually 4-5 days a week of strength and cardio. I also enjoy running although not nearly as much as I used to.
