Starting Over

So, I'm not new to MFP, but I took a long break from using it (for a long time, I was comfortable with my weight and didn't feel like I needed this site). After almost two years of nursing school, however, the numbers on the scale have crept up. It's taken a while to really make a habit of hitting the gym after a 12.5 hour day on my feet and it's hard to pass over the pizza for a salad when its 3pm and you haven't eaten since 7am. So, three months away from graduation I am 15 pounds heavier than when I started school. It's not a huge amount of weight, but I don't like how I feel and I miss feeling fit enough to pound out a 4-mile run like it's nothing. I've already identified a number of areas in my life where I can add more exercise or cut out bad eating habits, now comes the long slow weight loss! Wish me luck!
