Hi all,
Can you suggest a good abs work out? And how many reps should I be aiming for - to feel the affects? I'll be honest, sometimes when I focus on building core muscle I get complacent because I don't feel the affects after or during. I'm hoping that sown good advice will boost my motivation.

You already have abs- They are hiding under the fat. Lose fat to expose the abs.0

If you're not feeling anything just do more reps. Try to do 100 sit ups in a row and if your abs are not tired then your form is probably bad. I just started doing this routine http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/27-home-based-ab-workout.html0

But as others have said... it's as much and probably more an issue of body fat than it is exercise. Yes, you need to build them to have something to show off, but you also have to lose the fat in order for them to be visible.0 -
I would only do abs maybe twice a week. You just need to cut the weight and those babies will come out.0
