Hi all never done this fitness pal before, so looking forward to a new experience. I have a lot of weight too lose but am having trouble eating the amount of calories it's telling me too!

  • I'm on day 5! I've also linked this app with another free app called pacer! It's great tracks all my movement and calories burned. Give it a try :)

    If I have one tip for you it is to make sure you get a digital food scale and use it religiously for accurate calorie counts. Focus on getting your nutrition under control first and then you can worry about the exercise part.

    I've been on this site for nearly 3 years and it has definitely been a good learning process to find something that both works and is sustainable for my lifestyle.
