Any at home lower ab exercises? I lose weight in the middle but still keep the pouch help please

You will keep the pouch as long as you have fat there, ab exercises won't make it any smaller...sorry Stick to your deficit and keep losing fat!0

ABC Abs...OH MY GOSH (see blogilates.com)
This is the ab workout calendar I've been working on. Pilates is fantastic for the core and for all over body toning, but be sure you get a balance of cardio and strength...and remember most of our bodies is what we eat/fuel with...so a balanced diet is also important

Your abs are there under the fat. Lose the fat. If you don't, exercises will just make you bigger.0
